About Rachel
I am a college student. After getting a perfect ACT score, I began tutoring others for the ACT in high school. I also tutored elementary/middle school students for several years. I am majoring in Math and Economics at Lafayette College with a current GPA of 3.9! I’ve worked with all sorts of kids, and as someone who has. learning disability myself, I am incredibly patient and know the skills needed to succeed and overcome difficulties.

My teaching method is to let students lead with their questions. I prefer to listen first to what a student is struggling with, even when this involves taking some time to identify problem areas or topics of confusion. I usually recommend the “see, do, teach” method; at the end of a lesson, my student should be able to explain to me how and why something works!
