About Aisha
My name is Aisha Mohideen. I’m majoring in business of cinematic arts at USC hoping to work on films at any capacity in the future. I‘m also currently a party princess for kids’ birthdays so I truly enjoy working with kids! I also love hiking, baking, travelling, and spending time with friends and family.

My teaching approach is very integrative. I believe in getting to know the kids first, making them feel comfortable, then testing their abilities. From there for each lesson I will introduce the topic, explain it, and start with some practice. Pacing will be based on how well the kids grasp the material. I will allow them to attempt a few questions by themselves then if they need help I will explain it in an interactive way. I believe that when students feel they’re in a safe place with a tutor they trust, they’ll grow faster and enjoy doing so. I have taught english, math, and arabic before.
