My teaching style caters to the individual learner. I utilize a lecture-style approach, integrating real-world examples to help learners understand the materials. For example, to explain transactions in accounting I would briefly define transactions, then provide a real-world example students can understand, such as purchasing a candy bar from a store. An exchange of value occurs, the student gets inventory, i.e. a candy bar, and the store receives cash.
Through years of teaching, I have cultivated a method designed to provide each individual student the best opportunity to fully immerse in the material, gaining a deep and lasting understanding of the concepts.
My lessons are geared towards undergraduate students, specifically those taking 1000-2000 level courses.
