About Gavin

My name is Gavin and I started getting into fitness myself for the main reason of losing weight. I put on so much weight during covid and was 210 pounds at 5 foot 7, so I started to teach myself how do lose weight and started eating healthy and went on a calorie deficit and in 3 months time I went from 210 to 185 from hard work and effort, now almost a year from when I started my journey I'm now 160 and have got myself where Inever thought I could and now the only thing I want is to teach people how to do the same, as I know just starting out can be the hardest part as sometimes I fell off my weight loss plan myself but Iwant to help u stay on it and get that dream body you guys always wanted

About the lesson

Will be given you guys all the knowledge you need to lose weight effectively while being able to enjoy the process of losing weight. So you guys can still eat some of the foods that might not be healthy but lose those extra pounds in the process
