About Miles
As a combination biomedical engineer and pre-medical student, I have been exposed to a variety of sciences, specifically chemistry, biology, and some physics. Additionally, I have tutored college students in those subjects and have observed a 1-2 letter grade difference on average.

Students learn the best when they have to physically work through situations. I like to describe the content in a deductive manner (from broad to more detailed) while asking students numerous questions both linear and conceptual. I find that bringing students into the conversation forces them to critically think about the topic more frequently, thus improving their potential with understanding the concepts behind what they are learning.
