About Kaitlyn
I recently graduated from college and am now in a doctoral graduate program. I tutored all through college while also teaching dance classes. I have a lot of experience with a variety of age ranges and love working with students! I have struggled in many classes so I understand the stress of not feeling confident or happy with my work. I have really enjoyed tutoring and seeing students make connections with their work in a positive and healthy way.

I like to begin working on homework or school work problems that were confusing to find the basis of knowledge that needs help. Helping a student become confident with their ability to work through each problem. Slowly I will have them do more and more of the work without my help to get them to be doing the problems alone. I additionally like to prepare for exams and reflect back on how it will be similar to practice, while coaching on the stress of preparing and taking an exam. I have worked with kids from kindergarten through college so happy to engage at any level.
