About Zane
I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Computing Systems and have 7 years of experience teaching programming. My interest in coding began through exploring how software powers the technology people use every day. Teaching gives me the opportunity to help students develop skills that are both practical and empowering. I enjoy guiding learners through their coding journey.
My teaching approach combines patience, structure, and adaptability. I understand that every student learns differently, so I tailor lessons to individual needs. Some learners benefit from visual demonstrations, while others prefer project-based learning. I encourage questions and active participation throughout lessons. Building confidence is a major focus of my teaching.
Outside teaching, I enjoy exploring software development trends and learning new programming tools. Staying engaged with technology helps me keep lessons relevant and effective. I enjoy seeing students progress from basic coding concepts to advanced projects. Supporting that growth is one of the most fulfilling aspects of my work.

My programming lessons focus on helping students understand how software is designed, built, and improved. I teach coding concepts such as variables, functions, algorithms, object-oriented programming, and debugging techniques through structured activities and practical projects. Students learn how to think systematically and solve problems effectively. I focus on building understanding instead of memorizing code patterns. Every lesson encourages exploration and logical thinking. Learning becomes more engaging when students create working solutions.
