Coach TJ provides consistent and effective teaching strategies which helped me as an adult as a soccer and tennis player! He now teaches my kids how to swim!

I have been attempting to play tennis since college and have never been very good at game play. My last tennis lessons were in the 1970's and they only got me started. TJ took the time to learn the weaknesses in my game (and there were lots of them) and designed a training program to correct those weaknesses. The improvement in my game after the first two lessons was very noticeable to the individuals I play tennis with weekly. The group had kidded me about taking lessons at my age - but, after the first lesson, the kidding stopped. They were shocked by the improvement in my game. I only have TJ's lessons to thank for that. He is a great tennis instructor - even for us retirees!

We thoroughly enjoy and appreciate Tim coaching our son. Tim did an excellent job of articulating the technical aspects of tennis playing. He is very patient coaching on specific aspects focusing what each player needs. What is most remarkable is that Tim has a passion and deep love for tennis that reflects on his coaching. He clearly wants to communicate the enjoyment of the game to his students. It is truly pleasant to learn from and play tennis with Tim.

Coach Tim is super positive and able to meet you at the level you are at. He has the patience and energy to teach young kids but can still make lessons challenging but encouraging for adults. You can tell he puts his heart into coaching and genuinely cares about your progress. I’ve worked with trainers and coaches in the past where I have felt like I was just a paycheck, or they didn’t take you seriously if you were a beginner, and you won’t find those sort of coaches with F&F. I know some of coach Tim’s clients are way better than I am but I feel like he takes lessons with me as seriously as he does with the competitive players he coaches. I’ve also seen him coaching kids before one of my sessions and I think if I had a coach like him when I was young I would have liked sports more!
