Michel, Coach for over 10 years. I am a professional, qualified and experienced! My role is to guide you in accomplishing your fitness goals, weight loss, weight or other using personalized and tailored courses and sessions. Bachelors in Physical preparation, I officiates as such for 5 years Graduated from State Patent Trades Form (bodybuilding, fitness) I officiates for over 10 years I am also Nutritional Advisor Program. My sessions are open to all the world because according to the level and application I would suggest Adequate session!

Je ne suis pas du tout sportif mais, Michel a su s’adapter à ma sédentarité en me créant un programme personnalisé et flexible. Même lorsque je pensais être à bout, il arrivait à me faire puiser dans mes dernières ressources afin d’aller jusqu’au bout des exercices.
Un vrai suivi, même lorsqu’on ne se voyait pas, il cherchait à savoir où j’en étais dans les exercices « maison » et arrivait à me motiver à distance.
Coach très à l’écoute, bienveillant et disponible. Je le recommande a 1000%.
