About Filip
With over 30 years of experience in high-performance sports and an academic background in sport, mental health, and psychology, I am dedicated to helping you achieve your goals. As a Clinical Psychologist and World Champion in speed skating at the 500m distance, I bring a unique combination of elite athletic insight and academic expertise to my coaching. My journey as a top-performing athlete has given me firsthand knowledge of the mental and physical demands required to reach peak performance, as well as the strategies needed to overcome obstacles and maintain resilience.
I understand that success isn’t just about physical ability—it requires a strong mindset, discipline, and a personalized approach to training and development.
