About John
I am a graduate in Classics from Durham University. I specialise in Latin and ancient philosophy. I am also knowledgeable in most aspect of classical civilisation and literature, especially Homer and Virgil. I am new to tutoring, but am a good communicator, and comfortable at sharing thoughts and ideas with others.

I am a recently graduated student, so I like to take a laid back approach to tutoring. This will take the form of discussing problems laid out in text books in a relaxed format, and broader conversations on a topic when it is suitable.
I will also incorporate fun but regular tests and quizzes, so that both I and my pupil can track their progress in a given subject.
