About Sara
Sara is a pianist, singer and songwriter. She has experience in teaching music to students of all ages. She was classically trained and achieved a piano Diploma at the Conservatoire in Pescara, Italy, in 2014. She also achieved a Bachelor Degree in Music at the University of Bristol in 2020, studied at the Eastman School of Music in the USA and is a member of the Incorporated Society of Musicians. She is passionate about music, and she loves to pass on her passion to students. She loves all genres of music, from jazz to rock, from pop to classical and is available to help you achieve your musical goals.

Sara teaches piano from beginners to advanced students. She offers graded exams (Trinity College London and ABRSM). In her piano lessons, she focuses on technical aspects, such as posture, finger strength, movements and articulation. Technique will always be taught in relation to existing pieces. In addition to that, she will focus on expression and interpretation, as well as on notions of music theory and aural exercises, as an integral part of a performance. According to the level of the students and to their purpose, each lesson will start with a warm-up (depending on the genre, normally scales or aural exercises) and it will be followed up by technique exercises and the performance of the pieces. The last part of the class will be dedicated to the review and assignments.

Perfect! I so far have only had my first introductory lesson
Sara had great communication skills..she took the time to evaluate my progress at what I felt was a reasonable speed for me to feel I got some value from the lesson.
I feel that we will cover ground at a reasonable pace and that she has a good understanding of what she feels will benefit my progress.
I am not a beginner..more of an intermediary..so I am confident that she is more than capable of helping anyone realise their dreams of playing the piano or keyboard and would be exceptional when it comes to absolute beginners.
I am due for my next lesson soon and I too am happy to say that I have taken her on as my tutor..yes ..she is really good at teaching piano- Mark is a great student. He is at an intermediate level and is working to become more proficient with chord progressions, so to improve his piano songwriting skills.Sara's response :
