About Rachel
I have been teaching Pilates for 12 years out of my home, local studios, and gyms. I am starting my second certification at the end of the month through Real Pilates, a classic training program out of NYC. I love to watch my clients learn and grow with each and every lesson. I can teach a 1-hour mat class to an individual or group. Mat classes can be enhanced with weights, bands, or a Magic Circle. I am also happy to teach you on your personal equipment if you own a reformer, chair, or barrel.
