But one thing I miss in them have not any idea about the approach for the next level of their carrier. Many of them have easily join for 10+2 to his/her own town with limited opportunity. I want to light a spark in them. And help to them decide their right path for their dream.

If they get a clear view about the clear carrier view and the opportunity which are they get in early age just after the high school, it's really help them to decide what they can do after their high school and how to approach it.
