About Tokollo
I am an enthusiastic person and always willing to get involved. Currently a Lead Tutor at a registered company, Tutoring mathematics mostly and also an Engineering student. Through my experiences I have learnt to set goals and engage in action oriented behaviour. I am a creative thinker and willing to try new creative solutions to problems. I am well organised and self-disciplined. I am confident, easy going and able to relate with anyone from any level. A peoples person, always striving to positively motivate and inspire others to achieve high standards. Effective tutoring achieved through performing tasks such as (but not limited to) having timetables set prior to classes in such a way that before answers to subject related questions or assistance is given, I ensure that the understands the entire section of work, laying a foundation for future correspondence of work to be built on. Associating daily thing to the work so it’s easy for one to understand. I run the sessions in a very agile manner. Also changing the approach to ensure all learning styles are accommodated. At time session may be solely dedicated to past paper, if a specific topic is needed, or at times hosting games related to the section of work.
