Hello my name is Christina N.
After obtaining a master's degree in theatre studies with a focus on acting by Rose Bruford College in London - one of the top 5 acting schools in the UK- I have worked as a professional actor in all mediums and platforms. Film credits vary from Adults in the Room by Academy Award winner filmmaker Costa Gavras; which opened in Venice Film Festival and distributed by Wild Bunch. Also, Hella's avant - garde filmmaker Pantelis Voulgaris period feature critically acclaimed Psyhi Vathia - With Heart and Soul; distributed by Amazon and the lead part in i.e crystal bear winner Henrik Norrthon's Taximan; also featuring in independent award winning Final Pay Off, a few well received Hellenic TV series as well as performed in the Actors' Gang Theatre in The Style directed by Academy Award Winner Tim Robbins.
Furthermore, I have experience as a filmmaker, producer, award winning play & screenwriter in indie films as well as the casting of mainstream and indie films in Europe and the USA. Since 2015, I have been the executive director of the non profit educational organization International Casting Directors in Athens and a filmmaker in affiliation with NolandFilm. ICDA guest lecturers as yet has been an eclectic group of casting directors - i.e Manuel Puro of Guillermo Del Toro's Hellboy, talent managers, screenwriters and producers.
I will be teaching British Acting Technique.
In my lessons, I use various tools such as voice, movement exercises, improvisation, Stanislavsky and others. My teaching method is to use material appropriate to each student. In general, I customize the lesson to the students liking and skills.
My main goal is to make these lessons educative and fun.
I worked with acting students from various cultures and backgrounds; and I am very communicative and compassionate with every student that I teach.
These are spot on acting lessons - purely practical, quick and fun - so they can easily get you actual acting work in no time. Bonus info and tips about how to start working in the entertainment industry in the USA and Europe, while at it.
These lessons can easily be adopted to fit the needs of people in any business oriented profession, who would like to enhance their public speaker's ability, social skills and so forth.
