Hi there! I am a creative person who loves traveling and writing. I have been honing my acting abilities along with movement practices. I have completed my 200-hour teacher training and certified by Yoga Alliance USA. I also love MMA and boxing, this is one reason I love to mix movements that are in alignment with what you enjoy + what your body needs.

I am here to bring a traditional approach that targets modern-day problems including anxiety, depression, neck pain, back pain, carpal tunnel amongst others. Our 21st-century lives have restricted our movements to a point where our bodies have started storing injuries, incorrect postures are now becoming permanent. In my classes, I tackle that exact problem so you can bring about a flow in your life both mentally and physically.
