About Kate
Hello! My name is Kate. Currently I work as a Child Care Educator with ages 15mo to 3yo. I have always loved working with children, ever since I began babysitting and volunteering with children at the age of eleven. I have worked with all ages of young people, from infancy to youth under 25. Right now my skillset would be best suited to working with pre-kindergarten until grade 5. I believe every child is bright, capable, and naturally curious. My job is to learn about your child and what interests them, in order to create a fun and engaging time together. For example, if your child really loves dinosaurs, I wouldn't try to use cars as the engaging piece of a lesson.
I currently work in an early childhood setting, however, I do want to be transparent in that I do not hold a post-secondary school credential yet.

My transportation fee is for the maximum distance of 50km and covers both the way to your home/preferred meeting space, and the way back.
I am willing to negotiate a different transportation fee should the distance be a shorter commute.
