About Ewan
I am a dedicated chess tutor with 7 years of experience teaching students of all levels, from beginners to advanced players. Over the years, I have had the privilege of guiding around 200 students on their chess journey, helping them develop critical thinking, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills. My teaching style centres on personalised learning, ensuring that each student’s unique strengths and goals are addressed. I believe that every learner benefits from tailored instruction that builds confidence and fosters a love for the game. My goal is to provide well-rounded support that helps students excel not only in chess but in their overall intellectual development. Together, we work towards mastering the game with confidence and integrity.
