About Grace
Currently entering my final year of undergraduate chemistry at Durham, I have a very thorough understanding of chemistry for both A level and GCSE.
I have experience teaching chemistry to students and am familiar with the areas that many stumble on.
Having taken maths modules at university, I am still very competent with the arithmetic needed for this sometimes challenging subject.

Teaching methodology is very student dependent.
For those with greater understanding of topics, I use relevant past paper questions to reinforce knowledge and methods as well as identify gaps in understanding. This helps build invaluable exam technique.
For students who are still developing their understanding, verbal explanations are used, aided with diagrams where appropriate. This can then be built upon with conversation and discussion on the topic, followed by practice questions to reinforce understand.
