About Marek
Hi, my name is Marek and I'm an undergraduate student studying chemistry and maths at the University of St Andrews. Before coming to Scotland for my university, I've lived in Tokyo, Japan, studying at a British school. During my A level studies, I've gotten lots of experience from tutoring other A level, AS and GCSE students in maths, chemistry, physics and Spanish. I learned how to help others get better at their subjects, give them lots of practice, and challenge them just enough to make them think but not feel overwhelmed. Now at university, I'm keen to keep helping other students achieve the best grades they can, by helping with challenging homework, exam practice and teaching the subject content either ahead of classes, or helping understand the confusing lessons. My excellent A level results (4 A*s from chemistry, physics, maths and Spanish) show my dedication to these subjects and the skills I've learned and can pass onto others.
