About Lena
My passion for chemistry emerged from early curiosity about molecular interactions, chemical reactions, and the principles governing the material world. This led me to pursue an M.Sc in Organic Chemistry, which deepened my understanding of reaction mechanisms, molecular synthesis, and analytical techniques. Over the past 10 years, I have guided learners at different levels, transforming their understanding from confusion to mastery, while fostering curiosity, confidence, and enthusiasm for the subject.
I follow a structured, patient, and adaptable teaching approach that emphasizes conceptual understanding, stepwise explanation, and interactive engagement. I encourage students to explore, ask questions, and apply knowledge critically, fostering independent thinking and analytical skills that go beyond the classroom.
Outside teaching, I stay engaged with chemical research, experimental projects, and scientific developments, ensuring my lessons remain relevant and practical. Teaching chemistry is deeply rewarding because I witness students develop conceptual clarity, analytical competence, and the confidence to solve complex chemical problems independently, preparing them for long-term academic and professional success.
