Luca was absolutely outstanding in helping my Year 13 daughter prepare for her final NCEA Level 3 Mechanics exam. Despite the sessions being very last-minute, he quickly tuned into her way of thinking and was brilliant at identifying where her approach to certain questions could be improved. He didn’t just correct her—he explained why a particular formula might not be the most appropriate and helped her understand when and how to tackle different types of problems. She came away from each session feeling more confident and capable, and genuinely enjoyed working with him. The boost in her understanding and self-assurance going into the exam was remarkable. We’re incredibly grateful for Luca’s support and would highly recommend him to any student needing expert, empathetic tutoring—especially under time pressure.
