About Ongama
I am a BSc Chemistry graduate from the University of Pretoria offering online tutoring in Mathematics and Physical Sciences (Grade 11–12 CAPS).
I have experience helping classmates during high school and tutoring learners at Manzana High School in both Mathematics and Physical Sciences. I specialize in breaking down challenging concepts into simple steps and preparing learners for tests and final exams using past papers and CAPS exam techniques.
My focus is on:
• Improving problem-solving skills
• Exam preparation and mark upgrading
• Understanding instead of memorizing
• Building confidence in calculations and theory
Lessons are conducted online with structured notes, worked examples, and practice questions provided after every session.

I focus on making Maths and Physical Sciences feel simpler and less stressful. I explain concepts step by step, then practise with past exam questions so you learn how to think, not just memorise. Lessons are relaxed, interactive, and aimed at building confidence. I teach in English and can also explain in local languages when needed. A typical lesson includes concept revision, guided practice, and exam-style questions. My lessons are for Grade 11–12 CAPS learners and matric rewrites who want to improve their marks.
