About Sam
I'm a third year Biochemistry student at Oxford, and through tutoring I try to help students of all abilities achieve their maximum potential! Whether it be a particularly troublesome topic, or the teaching methodology at school not working for you individually, I tailor a learning strategy that works for you. I want to help you be able to set higher goals for yourself, and to not let yourself be held back by anything that is out of your control. I tutor either Online, or in Person in Radlett or near Kings Cross/St Pancras. I recommend 1 hour sessions, but can also do 45 minutes. I tailor all my tutoring to specific areas of difficulty faced by the student, using the specification material relevant to their schoolwork to make sure their understanding is comprehensive. I also encourage thinking beyond the syllabus as this will allow the students to have a greater conceptual understanding of topics which will help them immensely in the long-term. I have 5+ years experience tutoring, with consistent grade performance improvements.
