About Patricia
Back in my hometown, Bali, my friends used to come over to my house so that I could teach them how to cook. As a university student, I am drowned in lab reports, tutorials, and long lectures. This gives me less time to cook. Therefore, I must find ways to be able to feed myself healthy food and have time to complete my work. Both sides of my family are big on cooking. My mother is a traditional home cook that has trained to perfect my grandma's Chinese cooking for over 10 years. My father was a chef and manager of Denny's. They've both spent countless of hours in the kitchen and now, the knowledge has been bestowed upon me (and now to you!).

My teaching methods include sharing of recipes and techniques that I have learnt over the years. I began cooking at the age of 9. I am now 18 and have learnt a lot! You will be able to know how to cook in a short amount of time with my methods of prepping, cooking, and cleaning.
