About Rachel
I have been studying MEng Chemical Engineering at University of Birmingham since 2015 and am starting work as a Fire Engineer. I have previously tutored a student in India over Skype through Maths and Physics GCSE, so have experience of online tutoring. I have also spent time volunteering in Mozambique (6 months in 2014-15) and India (6 weeks in 2016) where I had opportunities to teach English and basic maths, so have varied experience.

My teaching method is to tailor lessons to where the student is most struggling at school. If they have struggled in a lesson at school, then I give time to focussing on that topic and the particular area that they are struggling with. I will do exam past paper questions with them to ensure they have grasped the concept at the level that an exam demands. My lessons are very much there to fit what the student needs.
