About Amy
I’m Amy, I have recently completed my studies of chemical and bioprocess engineering at UCD. Maths was my favorite subject in school and I have studied it, both as separate modules and as parts of engineering modules, every single year in college. I love to help others better understand the subject and find it very satisfying when learnings are made and the work pays off.

I love maths but I know that for those that don’t, it can be a chore and studying can become quite daunting. My aim is to simplify maths and break topics down so that they don’t seem so difficult. In my experience, the toughest and most overwhelming part is often just knowing where to start. Engineering is all about methodical and creative problem solving. I hope to help students develop an approach to all different types of exam questions and see their confidence in their own abilities grow as a result.
