I have been tutoring since high school and have loved every minute of it. I greatly enjoy helping students build confidence in their abilities to succeed academically and to aid in identifying the best learning and study strategies for each of my tutees.

I like to take an approach that encourages students to be independent problem solvers and build confidence in their abilities.
Lesson plans will be tailored to what learning strategy and study methods work best for each student.
I have many years of experience working with kids of all ages (preschool to college) and varying abilities and needs (ex. ADHD, autism, accelerated).
My lessons will be most beneficial for those in the 1st grade to 8th grade range, but I am more than happy to teach those outside of these ages. My specialties are math and science, specifically biology.
