I have thirty years in the hospitality industry and a chef for 15+ years. I have also done in-house teaching through the companies I have worked for. I hold current chef's qualifications, a distinction in wine, allergy awareness, food hygiene, coshh and health and safety

My teaching method is basically to show the person(s) what is required in basic cooking, techniques, safety aspects of cooking (do's and don'ts) and the achievements/sense of satisfaction you get from this. I have a light hearted approach to teaching and I feel that is the best way to learn, without too much pressure.
