About Sharon
Professional dancer who has taught dance and exercise for over 40 years. Yoga certified teaching yoga for over 15 years with 3 years experience teaching chair yoga for seniors for over 3 years. My students gain strength, flexibility, and balance helping relax the body from relieving chronic pain balance to students with Parkinson's disease relief from anxiety and stress relief.

Become more flexible and gain a sense of peace through breath and body technique exercise poses. Very gentle way of keeping the body shape while relieving stress and tension utilizing the breath. Increase also balance and focus grounding the body for strength and mobility
