Namaste, I'm Courtney, a certified yoga instructor with over 9 years of experience and 1,500 hours of teaching under my belt. I've taught several 200-hour yoga teacher trainings (YTTs) over 4 years, and I'm passionate about helping others find their own inner peace through yoga.

Looking to become a yoga teacher?
My lineage is Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga, but I'm also trained in other styles of yoga, including Hatha, Power Yoga, and Yin. I believe that yoga is for everyone, regardless of age, fitness level, or experience. That's why I create customized yoga teacher training programs that are tailored to the individual student's needs and goals.
In my Virtual YTTs, you'll learn the basics of yoga philosophy, meditation, anatomy and alignment. You'll also develop your teaching skills through hands-on practice and feedback. By the end of your training, you'll be confident and prepared to teach your own yoga classes.
