About Mehnaz
I'm a yoga instructor with a 500-hour certification and 20-year practice. I love dancing, playing piano, and studying Master of Social Work. My passion is helping others find balance and peace through yoga, music, and compassionate connection. I specialize in somatic yoga, Hatha yoga, yin yoga, breathing exercises and meditation. I also teach yoga philosophy and theory and anatomy yoga.
