Isabelle Verdell — Yoga & Wellness Guide

Welcome, I’m Belle! Certified Yoga Instructor taught under the Yoga Healing Foundation Inc. I believe yoga is more than a physical practice—it is an opportunity to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and create greater balance within the mind, body, and spirit.

My approach to yoga is centered around gentle movement, restorative practices, mindful breathing, relaxation, and self-care. I strive to create a welcoming and peaceful space where every person can practice at their own pace, release tension, and feel supported exactly where they are.

I am especially passionate about incorporating the calming benefits of aromatherapy and wellness practices into the yoga experience. Through intentional movement, breathwork, relaxation, and soothing aromas, my goal is to help others cultivate moments of peace, renewal, and connection in their everyday lives.

Whether you are new to yoga or looking for a softer, more restorative practice, my intention is to guide you toward greater ease, awareness, and inner calm.

Gentle Restorative Yoga

Welcome to Gentle Restorative Yoga—a peaceful practice designed to help you slow down, release tension, and reconnect with your body and breath. Through gentle movements, supported postures, mindful breathing, and moments of stillness, these classes create a nurturing space for relaxation and renewal.

Restorative yoga is less about pushing or perfecting a pose and more about listening to your body. Each class encourages you to move at your own pace while cultivating greater ease, flexibility, body awareness, and inner calm.

Whether you are new to yoga, looking for a gentle practice, or simply need time to rest and recharge, these classes offer a welcoming environment where you can pause, breathe, and restore.
