About Simone
I am a young certified teacher, that's had the opportunity to travel around the world. I lived in Europe for a while and got the chance to meet many non-native English speakers who wanted to enrol in a European university, shortly after, I started assisting students to pass the TOEFL entrance exam.
I then branched out into online teaching for students abroad, from the ages of 3- 27 years old. Most of my students are Chinese and Russian natives.
I teach other subjects as well, including cooking techniques and courses.
It's imperative that my students are comfortable with me, this makes learning easier, fun and produces confidence in learners.

Living in non-native English speaking countries are what made me realise that teaching methods need to be adaptable according to the students needs and understanding.
It is important to understand that my agreement to be the chosen tutor is with the student, and therefore the student needs to decide if he/she/they are comfortable with the selection, this will be determined by a casual, mutual online interview (between the student and teacher)
Students can expect to follow a drawn up curriculum, after the goal has been determined. 'Homework' will be given to students in order to assess progress. Students need to feel comfortable to ask questions to maximise their time and understanding. Feedback will be provided directly to the student after each lesson.
What makes me unique as a teacher is helping the students determine their actual goal, idealistically learning as much as possible is wonderful, however I prefer to guide my students with areas they may have difficulties with.
