About Julie
Certified Teacher of the Nadège Paineau Contortion Training, multidisciplinary artist and confirmed yogi (enrolled in 300H training Natha Yoga), I am committed today to transmitting these liberating passions through online courses and programs.
I also teach face-to-face (Aerial Hoop and Contortion) in a nice studio in South of France.
In 2014 I followed my heart which lead me to London to stay for a year. This is where I discovered Yoga and started Pole Dance. This year of expatriation was a real turning point in my life.
Through all these disciplines, I discovered something a way to reconnect with my body in a playful and surprising way. Each session allows me to reconnect with myself, purely and soberly, away from any judgment. The opportunity to experience the present and being.
Today I take other people on this journey, through teaching, in order to move their mental limits, and to offer them a new perspective on themselves.
