"I am a passionate Therapeutic Exercise Specialist with years of experience in helping people achieve better physical health. I specialise in posture correction and natural pain management. I want to teach because I believe that many physical issues can be resolved with the right movement and consistency. My goal is to empower my students with the knowledge and exercises they need to live a more active and pain-free life, specifically focusing on those with desk-based jobs or sedentary lifestyles."

"My teaching approach focuses on identifying the root cause of your physical discomfort. I provide a personalised 15-minute assessment to understand your pain areas. Each session includes guided therapeutic exercises, posture realignment techniques, and mobility drills to help you manage chronic pain naturally. I ensure all movements are safe, effective, and easy to perform at home via video call. My goal is to help you achieve long-term relief without relying on medication."
