About Rohit
“I am a certified Physical Education professional (B.P.Ed) with a specialization in Rope Skipping and Kids Fitness. I have over 4 years of coaching experience in reputed schools including Brillian Junior Public School (2 years), BBPS (1 year) and currently working as a Rope Skipping Coach at Adarsh World Public School. I also have 6 months of gym floor trainer experience where I trained beginners in form correction, basic strength training, and stamina building. Training kids and beginners is my strength. I focus on discipline, consistency, and proper technique so that every student gains confidence, fitness, and agility. My students have participated and won multiple medals at district and national rope skipping competitions. I am patient, motivating, and very friendly with students. Whether someone is a complete beginner or already knows the basics, I make sure they improve in every session.”

“My classes are designed for both kids and beginners who want to improve stamina, agility, coordination, and overall fitness through Rope Skipping and simple workout drills. Each class starts with a warm-up, followed by step-by-step skipping techniques, footwork practice, balance training, and strength exercises. I focus on correct form, safe training, and gradual progress so that students learn fast without any risk. Every session includes a small goal or skill to master, making learning fun, motivating, and consistent. Classes can be conducted online or offline as per requirement. I customize the training according to the student’s level, age, and fitness. Even complete beginners can easily start and see visible improvements within a few sessions.”
