About Erika
Hello everyone! I am a teacher who has been teaching in an elementary school for almost 20 years. I love working with my students and helping them learn new things. My absolute favorite subject to teach is reading and writing! It makes me so happy to see my students go from knowing their ABCs to reading and writing like pros.
When I'm not in the classroom, I'm a mom to four amazing kids. I have two daughters who are 15 and 13 years old, and they love playing basketball and soccer. I also have a 7-year-old daughter and a 3-year-old daughter who love these sports too! We have a fun, but kind of crazy, dog named Sugar. She's always getting into mischief and loves to chew on basketballs and soccer balls.
