About Elisa

There’s not much more to say to this, but what I love to emphasise is that I create a space where you can take your time and focus on your own wellbeing journey. Pilates helps strengthen your muscles, enhance your mind-body connection and stay present in the moment. And yesss ... joy and a little laughter are always part of it too!

Elisa teaches Pilates Matwork focused on core strength, posture, flexibility, balance and mind-body connection.
She emphasises safe, effective and mindful exercises, especially for beginners and older adults, helping students build both physical strength and body awareness.
Sessions usually last 50–60 minutes, including warm-up, focused exercises and stretching.
Elisa is a fully qualified Level 2 and Level 3 Pilates Matwork Instructor and holds a Comprehensive Pilates certification from Polestar UK, allowing her to teach both Mat and Equipment Pilates, including Reformer & Trapeze Table.
She has experience teaching private clients and small group classes across North London.
Also offers duet sessions and “Mama with Baby” classes.
