About Dustin
The qualifications that have helped along my path is one of being a former D1 college football player, collegiate football coach for nearly 10 years, and high school coach for 5 years. In that time I have been a part of coaching 28 all-conference honorees, 21 all-academic honorees, a D2 All-American, a newcomer of the conference and All-Star MVP. The personal training side consists of certifications in personal training, sports performance, nutrition, and weight loss management. Assisting multiple individuals achieve their desired goals.

Using a personal goals based method to achieve success. Based on your goals, we would build a program right for you. These programs have been shown to achieve results such as 5% gains of muscle mass and 5% loss of body fat under 6 months. The programs built have been used for moderate to experienced in the fitness world.
