About Claudio
Hello! My name is Claudio De Vecchis, I am an Ereps certified stunt performer and personal trainer. Why should you choose me as your PT? I am a very professional person, consistent and of the word. I apply my skills to the maximum in the work to be done, with particular attention to customer service and attention. I am an empathic person, a trait that helps me in my work, in solving any problems you may have and in facing new challenges with you. Together we will achieve your goals! In our first meeting we will do together a general and specific anamnesis of your person to get to know each other better, we will trace a clear path to reach your goal, through various tools I will calculate your physical state: your current strength, endurance, mobility, posture. I will measure various areas of your body and together we will analyze what your lifestyle is. All this to have some starting data and track every improvement together.
