I’m a certified and insured Personal Trainer offering online and in-person training throughout Greater Victoria.
I work with all fitness levels, from beginners looking to build confidence and establish healthy habits to more experienced clients and athletes working to improve strength, fitness, and performance.
I also have experience working with older adults and individuals returning to exercise after a fall, stroke, or joint replacement. Please ensure you have been cleared by your healthcare provider for exercise.
As a Precision Nutrition Certified Nutrition Coach, I can help you develop realistic, sustainable nutrition habits and improve your relationship with food without relying on restrictive diets or quick fixes.
Training will be tailored to your goals, abilities, and experience level.
Gym drop-in fees may apply for in-person sessions at facilities requiring a guest fee.
