About Sandhya rani
I am a certified and passionate Yoga teacher focused on making yoga simple, practical and effective for daily life. My teaching combines traditional Hatha Yoga, breathing techniques, and modern flexibility training.
A typical class starts with warm-up and pranayama, followed by asanas for strength, flexibility and balance, and ends with meditation and relaxation for stress relief. I give personal attention to posture correction and breathing.
My specialty is beginner-friendly teaching and weight-loss, stress-relief and back-pain yoga. My classes are for all - women, beginners, housewives, working professionals and senior citizens who want to live a healthier and calmer life.
