About Afia
I was a writer who turned into fitness trainer out of passion and I have fallen in love with each of the process ever since. I provide personal and group classes for resistance, yoga and pilates sessions along with helping people to know what to eat. I realize there is no one path to fitness but many leading to one destination. I would be glad to help people find their path and encompass their best self.

She is an excellent teacher. Soft spoken, patient, and skilled.. What else do you need in a teacher!! Her calm and composed personality just adds the cherry on the cake. If you are looking for both mental and physical health, go for it!
