About Sarika
I love working in education because of the amazing students I get to work with. And one of the greatest aspects of my job is getting to see students grow in their confidenc. I know Math is a low condidence suvject. And so a great deal of my job is showing students how smart and capable they already are. The love and belief I have in my students is what creates the greatest possible environment for students to not just learn Math but grow and develop as a person.

As a trained Math educator, I have extensive education in how students learn Math effectively. I combine those strategies like exploration, practice, and praise with personalized lessons. I am very approachable and personable so I develop strong relationships with my students which allows me to tailor the lessons to the specific student. I also know how to make things fun and light so it does not feel like another school class. I love celebrating whenever my students succeed no matter how seemingly small which helps develop the students' confidence and belief in their abilities.
