About Abhinav
I am enthusiastic in promoting exercise in all age groups. I am a Personal Trainer. I have been in practice for over 7 years and during my years of practice, I have come across clients with different exercise goals ranging from weight loss, improvement in muscular strength and conditioning. I am glad to have been of great assistance with helping clients achieve their exercise goals. My strength is in my training style, which is safe, fun, and effective.

Perfect! As a mother with a 13-year-old daughter, both of us struggling to get into sports, we decided to give it a try with Abhinav—and I couldn’t be happier with that decision! Abhinav tailors each lesson to our level, making every session enjoyable and motivating. He’s friendly, patient, always on time, and communicates well. Perfect! Rishabh currently trains me virtually. He is very attentive very skilled and extremely engaging and knowledgable. I do a 5 day split weight training with him and i can already see the difference in my strength and body shape. I am going to continue to work with him long term. So far so good i would recommend this trainer
Amazing mentor help in every possible ways. Provide everything which is needed like diet plans and exercise accordingly and Flexible timings. Great experience and looking forward to work with him.
