I believe that students should feel empowered to continue their language learning. I make sure to check for understanding, move at a pace that is right for students, and adapt my lessons to each student's individual needs.
I have been working abroad and in the United States for the past 8 years and currently work in the Language Center at a College in South Florida where I work with students and tutors every day. I have a 200-hour TEFL certificate and a Bachelor's Degree in journalism and marketing.
