I achieved an A in English A-Level and went on to earn my NCTJ journalism qualification, honing both my writing and editorial skills. I then studied Law (LLB) at the University of Exeter, where I developed strong analytical thinking and precision in written argument. Driven by a passion for education, I completed my teacher training with the prestigious United Learning training programme and gained my PGCE with Goldsmiths University. Since this training I have since spent three years teaching in the independent sector elevating my skills through real classroom experience and external CPD training. I’ve worked extensively with students across a wide ability range, supporting those who need a confidence boost as well as mentoring high-achievers through Oxbridge applications. I believe great teaching isn’t just about subject knowledge; it’s about building trust, unlocking potential, and making learning both meaningful and engaging.
