I am Kyrylo Vynohradov, a European Champion and Master of Sport in Ukraine, with 13 years of kickboxing experience and 5 years as a professional coach. Salt Room I focus on creating a calm and supportive environment in a salt room, combining stretching and breathing exercises to promote both physical and mental well-being. Lessons are tailored to individual needs and suitable for all levels and ages.
